Is there a 100% guarantee that all stains will be removed from the fabric?

We do not guarantee stain removal, as some stains are too old or have caused permanent damage to your carpet or upholstery and cannot be removed. Our expert will inspect the furniture prior to cleaning and will let you know which stains can and cannot be removed.

 

How soon after cleaning can we use the furniture again?

Depending on the type of deep cleaning, the time can vary.

Usually needs between 3 to 12 hours drying time or sometimes faster.

 

Do you also deodorise textiles?

Yes, that is also part of the cleaning process.

 

I would like to be home when you clean the sofa but I am only free on Sundays, can you come at the weekend?

Yes, we also work at the weekend, 7 on 7 from 10:00 to 21:00.

 

At which locations do you clean?

We clean all over Belgium, wherever you are, we come to you on location.

How long does the cleaning process take?

This can vary depending on the type and size of the furniture, usually it takes +/- 2 hours.
